A bee-hive, R. Eliezer says, is considered landed estate; a Prozbul may be drawn up on its security, and it is not susceptible to uncleanness while it remains in its place, and he who takes honey therefrom on the Sabbath Day is held culpable. The Sages, however, say: it is not like landed estate, a Prozbul may not be drawn up on its security, it does contract uncleanness while in its place, and he who takes honey therefrom on the Sabbath is exempt from any penalty.  מ שביעית 10.7
כוורת דבורים-- רבי אליעזר אומר, הרי היא כקרקע, וכותבין עליה פרוזבול, ואינה מקבלת טומאה במקומה; והרודה ממנה בשבת, חייב וחכמים אומרים, אינה כקרקע, ואין כותבין עליה פרוזבול, ומקבלת טומאה במקומה; והרודה ממנה בשבת, פטור
If one would return a debt in the Seventh Year, the [creditor] must say to [the debtor]: `I remit it`; but should [the latter] say: `none-the-less [I will repay it]`. He may accept it from him, because it says:` and this is the word of the release`. Similarly, when [an involuntary] manslayer has arrived at his city of refuge, and the citizens thereof desire to do him honour, he must say to them: `I am a murderer`. If they say: `[none-the-less we would honour thee]`. then he may accept [the honour] from them, because it says: `and this is the word of the manslayer`.   מ שביעית 10.8
