Similarly, he who transports Sabbatical Year produce from a place where it has ceased to a place where it has not ceased or from a place where it has not ceased to a place where it has ceased, is bound to remove it. Where it is the practice to sell small cattle to heathens, one may sell; where it is the practice not to sell, one may not sell. And in all places one may not sell large cattle to them, [nor] calves or foals, whether sound or maimed. R. Judah permits in the case of a maimed [one].
