60:10 One who sees a king from the kings of the (other) nations of the world blesses: ''Blessed are You, O Lord our G-d, King of the Universe, Who gave of His glory to flesh and blood.'' Even if one does not see the king actually, but he sees (being given to) him honor and knows for sure that the king is present, may bless this blessing. A blind man should bless without (mentioning G-d's) name or His sovereignty. It is a mitzvah to try to see the honor (given) to kings. If one (who) has seen (such honor already) once, one should not abandon any more his (Torah) studies to (again) see it, unless he (the king) comes (again) after this, with a greater retinue of soldiers or is (this time) afforded greater honor. הרואה מלך ממלכי אומות העולם מברך ברוך אתה ה' אלהינו מלך העולם שנתן מכבודו לבשר ודם ואפילו אינו רואה את המלך ממש אלא שהוא רואה בכבודו ויודע בבירור שהמלך הוא שם יכול לברך ברכה זו וסומא יברך בלא שם ומלכות ומצוה להשתדל לראות בכבוד מלכים ואם רואה אותו פעם אחת אל יבטל יותר מלימודו לראותו אלא אם בא אחר כך בחיל יותר ובכבוד גדול יותר
60:11 One who sees Jewish graves blesses: ''Blessed are You, O Lord our G-d, King of the Universe, Who created you in judgement, ...''1 Over the graves of idol worshippers one says:2 ''Your mother shall be greatly ashamed, she that bore you shall be disgraced, behold, shall be the last of the nations, a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert.''

1) The rest of the blessing is ''sustained you in judgement, provided for you in judgement, and caused your death. He knows your entire number and in the future will resurrect you and maintain you in judgement. Blessed are You, Who resurrects the dead.'' 2) Jeremiah 50:12

הרואה קברי ישראל מברך ברוך אתה ה' אלהינו מלך העולם אשר יצר אתכם בדין וכו ועל קברי עובדי כוכבים אומר בושה אמכם מאד חפרה יולדתכם הנה אחרית גוים מדבר ציה וערבה
60:12 All (these) blessings over (unusual) sights (already) mentioned, if one saw the exact same sight again, one does not bless again, unless there was between (the first) occasion and (the next) occasion, thirty days. That is, except for the day of the first sight, and except for the day of this sight, there should be (a full) thirty days. However, if one sees another sight, different from the one he previously saw, - e.g., (one sees) a different king or different graves, or similar - one should bless again even within (the) thirty days. כל ברכות הראיה הנזכרות אם חזר וראה אותם הדברים בעצמם אינו חוזר ומברך אלא אם כן היתה בין ראיה לראיה שלשים יום דהיינו חוץ מיום הראיה הראשונה וחוץ מיום הראיה הזאת יהיה שלשים יום אבל אם רואה דבר אחר כזה שראה אז כגון מלך אחר וקברים אחרים וכדומה חוזר ומברך גם בתוך שלשים יום
