180:9 One who delivers his deeds to a court and says to them: ''You collect my debts'' these (debts) are not cancelled. | המוסר שטרותיו לבית דין ואמר להם אתם גבו לי חובי אינו נשמט |
180:10 One who sells an item to his acquaintance on credit, it's as if
he had lent him money, and it's cancelled.1 However, a shopkeeper who
sells to others on credit, and it's not his custom to claim, until it
reaches a certain amount, this is not cancelled. If he set them up as a
loan, that is, he calculated everything together,2 and wrote in his
ledger the total, it's considered like a loan and is cancelled.

180:11 The wages of a hired worker are not cancelled. If it was set up as a loan, it's cancelled. | שכר שכיר אינו משמט ואם זקפו עליו במלוה משמט |
