| 145:20 One who divorced his wife, so that his friend could marry her, even if he didn't make this an explicit condition with her, rather it was obvious he divorced her for this reason, it's forbidden to (his friend) to marry her. | המגרש את האשה כדי שישא אותה חבירו אפילו לא התנה עמה בפירוש אלא שניכר שנתגרשה בשביל זה אסור לו שישא אותה |
