122:14 A mourner whose 30 days finishes on the 18th of Tammuz,1 or
afterwards up to Rosh Hodesh Av, he is allowed to cut (his hair and
shave). However, from Rosh Hodesh Av onwards, even in his circumstances,
he is forbidden to wash clothes or cut his hair.
1) As he could not shave or cut his hair during the 30 days of mourning, he would normally need to do this once the period is over, but you may think that he can't because he is now in the 3 weeks period between the 17th Tammuz and the 9th of Av. |

122:15 (On) a circumcision held during these 9 days, it is customary for
the mohel, the sandek1 and the father of the baby to wear Shabbat
clothes, but the one who brings2 the baby into the room may not.
However, the woman who brings the baby in (and gives it to him)
customarily does wear Shabbat clothes, because this is the whole of her
precept. Shaving (and hair cuts) are allowed for them before Shabbat
Hazon but is prohibited afterwards.

122:16 We have already written in Law 9 (above) that on Shabbat Hazon
one can wear white linen clothes, that is, underwear and socks which are
only (for absorbing) sweat, but (concerning) the rest of the Shabbat
clothes it depends on the custom of the places, if one changes them or
not. In the synagogue one changes the ark curtain, the tableclothes and
the (Torah) mantles, on Shabbat Hazon, but not on a Shabbat (which is)
the 9th of Av.1
